Apostolic Church gets new pastor

After pastoring for 27 years, Phillip Cooper officially retired from The Apostolic Pentecostal Church on November 21, moving himself and his wife to Fulton, Kentucky. Robert Cassaday, of Vandalia, was officially installed as the new pastor on November 22.
