Indians football team still at .500 in spite of big loss to Bulldogs

The Van-Far/Community R-VI football team ran into the No. 4 ranked team in the state last Friday night on the road and couldn’t wait to get home after a tough 82-14 loss. The Bulldogs’ Cory Hanger tied a state record for a single game with two punt returns for a touchdown.     While weather washed out most of Van-Far’s softball games last week, the Lady Indians managed to get in one home game against Hermann before the flood games opened.
