Colonel Scrogin inducted into Hall of Fame
Colonel, U.S. Army (Retired) Tom Scrogin was recently inducted into the Army Transportation Corps Hall of Fame in ceremonies at Ft Lee, Va. on July 25 along with nine other former Army transporters. Selection for the Hall of Fame is a high honor recognizing individuals who have demonstrated a lifetime of exceptionally distinctive service to the Transportation Corps. Colonel Scrogin entered the Army from Vandalia following graduation in 1960 and retired in 1993. His brother, Charles Scrogin, resides in Vandalia and his brother, Bill Scrogin, resides in Centralia.
