Construction
MO 161 – Resurfacing from Route M to MO 19 north junction in Montgomery City, 17.75 miles; Project inactive, tentatively scheduled to begin week of Aug. 19 following work in Lincoln Co.; one lane traffic with pilot car in use while work is performed; Estimated Completion: Summer 2013; Troy Project Office
Maintenance
I-70 EB – Aug. 11-12 one lane traffic with a 12 ft. width restriction from 7 p.m. Sunday evening until 7 a.m. Monday morning with the driving lane closed at the 181.4 mile marker between High Hill and Jonesburg for emergency pavement repairs.
I-70 SOR – Aug. 26-29 road closed from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for pavement repairs at various locations from MO 161 near Danville to Route F near High Hill; open to local traffic only, through traffic must use alternate routes during this time.

Pike County
Construction
MO 79 – Bridge replacement over Little Calumet Creek; 0% complete; scheduled to close Sept. 3 or begin after Lost Creek project is opened to traffic. Estimated Completion: Fall 2013; Troy Project Office

US 54 Champ Clark Bridge – Aug. 12-15 one lane traffic with a 10 ft. width restriction from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Wednesday on the Champ Clark Bridge over the Mississippi River at Louisiana for routine bridge inspection.
Route M – Aug. 12 one lane traffic 7 a.m. to noon for pavement repairs at various locations from MO 161 near the Montgomery County line to Route Y.
Route K – Aug. 12 one lane traffic noon to 4 p.m. for pavement repairs at various locations from Route M to MO 161.
Route AC – Aug. 13 one lane traffic 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for pavement repairs at various locations from MO 161 at Middletown to Route K.
Route M – Aug. 14 one lane traffic 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for pavement repairs at various locations from Route Y to US 54.
Route Y – Aug. 15 one lane traffic 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for pavement repairs at various locations from Business 61 at Bowling Green to the end of State Maintenance at Pike County Roads 491 and 442 at Estes.
Route V – Aug. 19 one lane traffic 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for pavement repairs at various locations from Route M to Route W at Vandalia.
Route HH – Aug. 20 one lane traffic 7 a.m. to noon for pavement repairs at various locations from Route Z in Lincoln County to US 61.
Route F – Aug. 20 one lane traffic noon to 4 p.m. for pavement repairs at various locations from US 61 to the end of State Maintenance at Pike County Road 286.
MO 79 – Aug. 21 one lane traffic with a 12 ft. width restriction from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for bridge deck repairs at Ramsey Creek Bridge north of Annada.

Ralls County
Construction
MO 79 – Pavement and shoulder improvements from Route T in Marion County to Route E and N junction near Saverton; 40% complete – Phase 1 from Continental Cement to Route E/N junction is expected to be open to traffic early in the week of Aug. 12. Phase 2 is scheduled to begin after Labor Day, from the MO 79 and Fulton Ave junction continuing south to Continental Cement. This segment will be open to the traveling public during the course of the project with a width restriction of 10 ft. within the project limits. Two-way traffic will be controlled by a timed signal. Detour for this project is available for oversize or permitted loads with width restriction of 11 ft. Estimated Completion: Fall 2013; Hannibal Project Office
Route J – Preventative maintenance on Mark Twain Lake bridges over the Cannon Reservoir and Lick Creek. Work involves substructure repairs and modifications, expansion joint replacement, removal and replacement of asphalt surface and upgrading the existing guardrail. Bridge will be closed for 20-30 days once the structural work begins with some lane closures for surface work. Full bridge closures will not take place between Memorial and Labor Day due to tourism and recreational use of the lake – work is temporarily suspended; Estimated Completion: Fall 2013; Macon Project Office

Route A – Aug. 12-15 one lane traffic from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for deck repairs west of New London at the Salt River Bridge located west of Route H and just east of Cincinnati Road.
