Monday, March 11
At 1:30 p.m., exercises were held with assistance from Davaline Overton. A large crowd was in attendance. The biweekly Bible Class was held with Denna Nichols with assistance of Angie Gerdermam, and Christina Steirlin.
Tuesday, March 12
Residents enjoyed exercises with assistance from Davaline Overton at 10 a.m.
At 1:30 p.m., residents enjoyed the trivia game of “Spring Time” Jingo with assistance from staff.
At 6:30 p.m., the monthly music program was held with Wayne Lynn, Roy Lynn, Marvin Soey, and Jamie Franke. A large crowd was in attendance.
Wednesday,  March 13
At 10 a.m., The Vandalia Leader was read by Davaline Overton.
At 1:30 p.m., residents enjoyed the trivia game of “Birthday” Jingo with assistance from staff. Community Care Hospice donated the birthday cake for residents who shared a March birthday.
At 6:30 p.m., the monthly music program of the Faith Tabernacle Church was held with assistance from Angie Gerderman and Christina Steirlin. A large crowd was in attendance.
Thursday, March 14
Residents received fresh fruit from the Second Christian Church ladies at 10 a.m.
At 1:30 p.m., residents enjoyed exercises with assistance from Kitty McCurdy and Susan Jennings.
Friday, March 15
Residents enjoyed exercises with assistance from Davaline Overton at 9 a.m.
At 1:30 p.m., residents enjoyed a “St. Patrick Day” Bingo with mostly everything green. A large crowd was in attendance with volunteers of Jewel Hammett, Norma Daniels, and Doris Ray.
Saturday, March 16
At 1:30 p.m. the Easter program “Because He Lives” was held with Lewis Clark and Marilyn Schlueter. A large crowd was in attendance.
Sunday, March 17
The Farber Christian Church held the worship service. Next week, the St. John Lutheran Church will in charge of service.
Thanks goes to the Community Care Hospice, Sandy Chandlers for donations to the activity department, and Norma Shaw for books for the library.
