Monday, Sept. 3
At 1:30, residents enjoyed a movie and popcorn with assistance of Angie  Gerderman.
Tuesday, Sept. 4
Exercises were held at 10 a.m. by Kassie Scott with assistance from Kitty McCurdy, and Susan Jennings.
At 1:30 p.m., a surprise birthday party was held for Roxie Renner’s 95th Birthday. A large crowd was in attendance.
Wednesday, Sept. 5
Exercises were held at 9 a.m. with Kassie Scott.
At 10 a.m., The Vandalia Leader was read by Davaline Overton.
At 1:30, resident enjoyed eating homemade donuts with the choice of drinks.
Thursday, Sept. 6
Exercises were held at 10 a.m. by Davaline Overton with assistance from Kitty McCurdy.
At 1:30 p.m., the monthly resident council meeting was held with Susan Houchin, Kassie Scott, and Davaline Overton.
Friday, Sept. 7
Exercises were held at 9 a.m. with Kassie Scott.
A movie was held at 10 a.m. on the East Hall with assistance of Kassie Scott.
At 1:30, residents enjoyed a game of Bingo with the volunteers of Jewel Hamett, Doris Ray, Norma Daniels, Clara Shaver, and Patsy Clithero.
A large crowd was in attendance.
Residents Dean and Mary Andrew, Cotton Ingran, Lois Friday,  and Leona Ratcliff were taken to the fish fry with assistance of Staff Patti Ingran, Yvette Colson, and Davaline Overton.
Saturday, Sept. 8
At 1:30, a movie was shown with popcorn and assistance from Angie Gerderman, and Susan Jennings.
Sunday, Sept. 9
At 2 p.m., The Farber Baptist Church held the worship services.
Next week, services will be provided by the First Christian Church.
Donations for activities, Bingo, and games were provided by Carol McDonald, Karen Powell, Sandy Charles, Kathy Kennady, Doris Ray, and Norma Daniels.
