Library schedules Summer Programs

One great way to keep your children reading this summer is to have them join the “Fizz Boom Read Summer Reading Program” at the Vandalia Library.
Registration begins on June 13 for children who will be in kindergarten this fall up to age 13.
To be eligible to be in the final drawing, children will need to read at least four books or 480 minutes, their choice, and attend at least two programs. They will also earn a Dairy Queen coupon, a Pizza Hut coupon, a book, a book bag, and other prizes. We will have a weekly drawing with prizes. All ages can attend the programs but only K-13 years old  can sign up for the drawings.
We have some great programs planned for this year and we encourage children to come be a part of our program.
If you have any questions please call the library at 594-6600.
