One Arrested by Task Force

During the late evening hours of April 25, the Mexico Department of Public Safety assisted by the East Central Drug Task Force conducted a consent search of a residence in the 800 block of Craig Street in Mexico. As a result of the search officers arrested one suspect for possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. In addition, officers seized cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
Dennis Ray Maddox age 57 of Mexico. Maddox’s bond is set at $11,000.
The East Central Drug Task Force was organized in 2001 and serves the cities of Bowling Green, Fayette, High Hill, Mexico, Montgomery City, New Florence, Vandalia and Warrenton, the counties of Audrain, Cooper, Howard, Montgomery and Warren, along with the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
