Drug bust in Vandalia
During the late evening hours of March 26, 2014, the Vandalia Police Department, Audrain County Sheriff‘s Office, and the East Central Drug Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant at the 700 Block of West Page Street, Vandalia, Missouri. As a result of the search warrant officers seized synthetic cannabinoids and drug paraphernalia. One suspect was arrested for child endangerment, possession of synthetic cannabinoids, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
Melissa Dawn Outlaw, age 42, of Vandalia. Outlaw posted a $12,000 bond.
The East Central Drug Task Force was organized in 2001 and serves the cities of Bowling Green, Mexico, Montgomery City, Vandalia and Warrenton, the counties of Audrain, Montgomery and Warren, along with the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
