Bridge work on US 154

As of Tuesday, February 18 at 7 a.m., US 154 between Curryville and MO 19 is blocked to traffic for up to 35 working days for bridge deck rehabilitation on the Spencer Creek Bridge, which is located just east of Route P and west of Blue Jay Road in Ralls County. Crews will begin setting road work signs on Monday, February 17.
Road signs are in place notifying motorists of the work.
Alternate routes of travel should be taken over US 54, Route P and US 154.
Some areas of the roadway will remain open to residential traffic only; all other traffic must take alternate routes during this time. L.F. Krupp Construction, Inc. of Ellisville, Mo. was the successful bidder on this project at $178,669.40.
All roadwork is posted on the traveler information map.
Those traveling and commuting public are encouraged to check the online map at http://www.modot.org/ daily for new work zones.
MoDOT also offers e-update messages sent directly to your email when roadwork is scheduled.  Sign up online or call MoDOT’s customer service center at 1-888-275-6636.
